Athletics

MISSION STATEMENT

Our mission, through athletics and extra-curricular activities, is to assist all students in developing both mentally and physically.  We hope that students learn the value of hard work, sportsmanship, discipline, integrity, organization, team building and other positive attributes that strengthen a person’s character.

Click HERE to access the student concussion course.  Sign up for an account, add the student concussion course to your basket (course is free) and complete the course.  At the end of the course you will be issued a certificate of completion.  This certificate will need to be downloaded and emailed in with your other documents.

Please remember that physicals for the 2017-2018 school year must be dated on or after April 1, 2017.

Physicals for the 2017-2018 school year must be dated on or after April 1, 2017 and you MUST have a physical before you try out for any sport. I.E. if you are planning on trying out for the 2017-2018 Cheer or Dance team and tryouts take place in the Spring of 2017, you will need to have a physical dated on or after 04/01/2017 in order to try out in the spring.  This rule also applies to summer /pre-season workout participation.

NEED A CLEARANCE SLIP?
Have you completed the 2017/18 PowerSchool registration for your student?
If yes, did you upload the medical history form, physical student concussion course certificate of completion and health insurance card?
If you have done all this, you should have been emailed a slip. We are finding that the clearance slips that are generated and sent from psnoreply@rrps.net are being sent to most junk mailboxes so start by looking there.  If you can't find it there, email Annette at annette.castillo@rrps.net to request a replacement be sent.

If you have not competed the 17/18 registration process via your parent powerschool account, please go online to register.  During this process you will be able to agree to all the athletic policies ad procedures as well as upload the medical history form physical and proof of health insurance.  Once you have completed this process, the clearance slip will be emailed to you via psnoreply@rrps.net.

If you have registered but did not have the athletic forms available during that time to upload, email the medical history, physical, student concussion course certificate of completion and proof of health insurance to annette.castillo@rrps.net. We will upload them for you and a clearance slip can then be generated via psnoreply@rrps.net.

Still have questions? Email annette.castillo@rrps.net for help. Please do not drop off any of these documents to the CHS admin offices as these documents are only being processed when you email them.
