MISSION STATEMENT 

Our mission, through athletics and extra-curricular activities, is to assist all students in developing both mentally and physically.  We hope that students learn the value of hard work, sportsmanship, discipline, integrity, organization, team building and other positive attributes that strengthen a person’s character.

ITEMS NEEDED TO BE CLEARED FOR ATHLETIC REGISTRATION 

__________ Physical form (click HERE for form) Please remember that physicals for the 2018-2019 school year must be dated on or after April 1, 2018.  

 

__________ Medical history form (click HERE for form)must be dated on or after April 1, 2018. 

 

__________ Health insurance card (click HERE if you do not have health insurance and need to purchase the school offered health insurance) 

 

__________ Student concussion certificate of completion (click HERE to access course)  Sign up for an account, add the student concussion course to your basket (course is free) and complete the course.  At the end of the course you will be issued a certificate of completion.  This certificate will need to be downloaded and emailed in with your other documents.   Must be dated on or after April 1, 2018.  Please be sure when creating the account that it is in the students name so the certificate will be generated with the correct name.  Also be sure that the course is the CONCUSSION FOR STUDENTS COURSE.  Any other course will not meet the state law requirement.

I HAVE ALL MY DOCUMENTS, NOW WHAT? 

Gather all items listed above and email them to annette.castillo@rrps.net. Do not send items in one at a time, the clearance process is seamless when you attach all your items to one email and send them in.  You do not need a scanner to complete this process, just use your smart phone camera to take photos of your documents and email them in. Submissions will be viewed in the order received. Once cleared, you will receive a reply email stating that your athlete has been added to the coaches cleared spreadsheet.  If there is an issue with your submission, you will be notified via email asking for items to be corrected.  Once your athlete is cleared, . Your athlete will then be responsible for providing a copy of his/her last official report card as coaches will be responsible for verifying academic eligibility as the final clearance step.

Physicals for the 2018-2019 school year must be dated on or after April 1, 2017 and you MUST have a physical before you work out or try out for any sport. I.E. if you are planning on trying out for the 2018-2019 Cheer or Dance team and tryouts take place in the Spring of 2018, you will need to have a physical dated on or after 04/01/2018 in order to try out in the spring.  This rule also applies to summer /pre-season workout participation.  

Admission Prices to Athletic Events


ALL SPORT PASS
This pass is a general admission admit 1 pass to all sports and all levels for the 2018/19 school year with the exception of booster hosted tournaments as well as district and state competitions..  This pass is individual specific and non transferable. Cost per pass is $65.00 (all ages).  These passes may be purchased in the CHS Athletic Office.  Contact Annette Castillo at annette.castillo@rrps.net with any additional questions.

*Sub-varsity prices are charged when the sub-varsity game is a stand alone event.  If varsity is playing on the same day at the same venue, varsity process will be charged.
