Please note that the Spirit start date listed is the date competitions begin.  Tryouts for Spirit Teams take place in May of the previous school year.

__________ Student concussion certificate of completion (click HERE to access course)  Sign up for an account, add the student concussion course to your basket (course is free) and complete the course.  At the end of the course you will be issued a certificate of completion.  This certificate will need to be downloaded and emailed in with your other documents.  

Once you have all these documents gathered they must be emailed to  Mrs. Castillo will then upload the documents to the students athletic file and mark the athlete cleared in the system.  Our system will then generate a clearance email.  The email will be sent to the parent email address the parent used during the PowerSchool registration process.  The clearance email will come from  This email should be printed and your athlete should take this email to the first workout or tryout they attend.

Physicals for the 2017-2018 school year must be dated on or after April 1, 2017 and you MUST have a physical before you work out or try out for any sport. I.E. if you are planning on trying out for the 2017-2018 Cheer or Dance team and tryouts take place in the Spring of 2017, you will need to have a physical dated on or after 04/01/2017 in order to try out in the spring.  This rule also applies to summer /pre-season workout participation.  


If you have already turned all the above in and need a clearance slip for the Spring, you may send your athlete by the athletic office to sign up to have the clearance slip emailed out to you.  Or you may email to request the clearance slip for your athlete.  Those slips will begin to be emailed out on 01/18/2018.  In your email please provide your students firstname, middle initial, last name, grade and the sport. 


Admission Prices to Athletic Events

This pass is a general admission admit 1 pass to all sports and all levels for the 2017/2018 school year with the exception of booster hosted tournaments as well as district and state competitions..  This pass is individual specific and non transferrable. Cost per pass is $65.00 (all ages).  These passes may be purchased in the CHS Athletic Office.  Contact Annette Castillo at with any additional questions.
